How It Works

ZTF runner detects new work in the queue, spawns Claude Code in an isolated git worktree automatically.
Agent reads card requirements via MCP, implements the solution, writes tests, commits, and pushes to a feature branch.
Agent moves card to Review. You check the code, leave feedback if needed, merge when satisfied, and ship.
